Four Season Garden

This is my favorite location at the Huntsville Botanical Garden.  There is a meandering path, partially shaded and partially sunny, with a multitude of different trees and plants along either side.  Each season, the look of the area transforms depending on what is currently blooming and what the current colors of the foliage are.  If you look closely, you will see a bench on the right side of the path.  This painting was painted outdoors in the fall on location with final details added in the studio.
